After comparing few other places. Fitness Depot price is very cheap. Staff is very knowledgeable. If you are serious in purchasing gym equipment, this is the right place. Before coming over, just use Google map to make sure you find the location. The only reason I remove a star is no refund. Make sure you know what you are looking for and double check your items. Otherwise it is pretty smooth.
I recently visited Fitness Depot, located in Thornhill, Ontario, and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the helpful staff to the expansive selection of fitness equipment, it was clear that Fitness Depot is committed to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. They go out of their way to provide knowledgeable advice and valuable information about their products. Their prices are extremely competitive too! All in all, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new gym set-up or an upgrade on existing equipment. Fitness Depot is a great place to shop and I look forward to returning in the future!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I explained my goal and they quickly walked me through several options and gave their recommendation. They helped me carry everything out to my car without asking and were genuinely interested in my success. I will be back!
Josh at the Richmond Hill location was VERY helpful today getting me hooked up with a great deal on Olympic plates. Also volunteered to carry all 500lbs of those plates into my car without me asking. Very knowledgeable about the product too. 10/10 service would shop again. THANKS JOSH
Equipment sets offered are very comprehensive e.g. dumbbell weights and services are great. I parked my car in the wrong place and they offered to help take my purchases to the car. I said I didn't need it but they were enthusiastic about it. Highly recommended
Amazing customer service! Staffs were very knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. The store had great selections, gym equipment and friendly staffs. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
I went in to look at a power rack, adjustable dumbbells, floor matts, barbells, and bumper plates. I mentioned to the white grey haired gentleman the above requirements. He then proceeded to send me an e-mail with the quote and links to the above mentioned requirements. Very professional and direct.
Fitness Depot has several shops in GTA. I went to the shop in Markham. Jason and Peter are knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me to get the dumbbells and kettle bells. Fitness Depot has the best price of weights in GTA. And the quality is good, too. Highly recommended!
Peter was very friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely worth the drive. Will surely return to this location. Good inventory, reasonably priced and great service!
