l live in Kitchener, had many conversations and was extremely impressed with Stefan, sales manger of Bloom Auto Sales in St Catherine's. l purchased an auto, sight unseen except for the pictures available on there website. Stefan delivered not only an awesome car but his customer service including his follow-up after the sale were the best bar none. Stefan treats you with honesty and integrity which is rare these days. l would highly recommend Bloom Auto and buy another vehicle from him without hesitation.

I got a bmw from bloom auto and these guys made sure it was what i wanted and made sure everything was good with the car. If anything was wrong they helped me fix it right away and i still have a great and safe car to drive. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Put a deposit on a vehicle without seeing it prior, was pleasantly surprised and purchased it-- Stefan and the rest of the guys I worked with while purchasing my car were all very helpful and flexible throughout the process. Overall very happy

Bought a car here and they didn't change the oil and the brakes start making noise after a week which they said they have replaced but i guess they did not. Do not go to this dealer, they seem like nice people but when you have a problem they dont deal with it professionally they care about your money more than they care about you.
