We just purchased a 2020 CRV from Henley Honda. We were very impressed with the friendly service from the moment we walked through the doors. All of the salesmen were busy, so the Manager quickly came to our service. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Our experience got even better as we were later introduced to Levi the Sales Representative. He was exactly what we look for in a Car Salesman....friendly, full of helpful information, willing to answer our questions and not pushy at all. He spent 3 weeks searching for the CRV that we had in mind. It was so exciting when he found just what we were looking for. The paper work at Henley Honda is kept simple with no crazy hidden costs. When we picked it up, Levi patiently went through all of the features of the vehicle and even hooked up my phone to the system. He is a super friendly and topnotch Salesman. Purchased a thermostat today, and I have been purchasing parts here for many years, Pat B is the man! He’s always extremely friendly over the phone/ in-person and very knowledgeable in all Honda related parts and always offers advice when possible.
