Dealt with Lindsay and AJ today, they we're very professional and helpful with the two vehicles I looked at today. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend this dealership and these individuals.

**Edit** Was personally contacted and had all issues dealt with by General Operations Manager. The issues clean up was pleasant and expedient. **End Edit** 5 years of since the purchase of my escape. minor problems here and there with the vehicle itself; no end of problems streaming from service through to parts. from a massive headache due to breakdown covered under warranty to not being called when parts are in. Lug nuts on tire not being tightened to ordering a roof rack system and only half the parts being available but not being communicated. its been bad enough that I haven't paid for very many oil changes; it's their method of compensation I guess. i'm young and have a lot of vehicles left to purchase in my life; unfortunately they won't be Ford's.

Recently purchased an Escape from Steve Williams. Excellent experience. We visited the dealership and test drove the vehicle on four occasions. Steve was always available, responded to our voicemail and E-Mail questions promptly and without hesitation. A real pleasure to deal with. Similar experience dealing with Katie in the Finance office. Overall a very pleasant new vehicle purchase experience.
