Kia of St. Catharines

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Michael Di Franco or this Kia dealer. Go to Kia Scarboro if you want a Kia. I wanted to purchase a Kia Forte and was looking for a good deal. I called this Kia and spoke with Michael Di Franco. There was a brand new 2018 "fleet" vehicle that he said was $20 000 all in. We discussed this over the phone and asked him multiple times if the car was truly this price (as it seemed too good to be true, SPOILER ALERT: It was) and if we could get it at 0% financing for 7 years. He assured us multiple times this was true and we asked so many times because we would be driving approximately 2 hours one way to buy this car. Once we arrived he discussed the purchase with us for approximately 40 minutes and everything was all good at 0% financing and the price we had discussed. We thought we were getting an amazing deal and were so grateful EXCEPT once he went to get the papers for us to sign he came back and all of a sudden it was 4.9% financing. How comical that 4.9% financing NEVER once came up over the phone when we SPECIFICALLY asked multiple times about financing. He tried to play it off and said this deal at 0% was not possible (Funny when he never once said that over the phone!). All he did was LIE to us over the phone to get us into this Kia dealer to make a sale and had us drive all that way for NOTHING to sell us a car at a price we didn't want about something we did not discuss.

I bought a vehicle here recently and have no complaints. I love the car and got a great deal. Jose and Ernie were very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience and no pressure. Would definitely recommend you check it out if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Michael and Ernie were great. Michael took his time with explaining the opportunities which were available to me. I really appreciate the time he took to explain the features and pricing. I left relaxed and happy. I made sure and took warranty for the full amount of years I financed, so when I trade in, my car will have a higher value. Thanks for my new vroom vroom. I did lease with a different company up until next year, but I didn't feel comfortable returning to the company. I am happy I gave KIA a try and got Michael. Thanks.

Thank you Jose Giraldo and Shirley Procter for helping me with my purchase of my 2018 Sportage AWD. I test drove several cars before making my decision on this particular make and model; it suits all my needs. I would recommend Kia of St. Catharines to anyone looking for a new or used car. The staff was friendly and helpful and willing to work with my requests. A big thumbs up.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle here. Jose Geraldo helped me pick out a nice Kia Sportage that fit my budget. After my decision both him and Ernie, made the the pick up of my vehicle stress free and easy. These guys were great. I'd buy another vehicle from here.
