Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I purchased my first Acura from Jessica and the experience was top notch from start to finish. She made me feel important and answered my extensive list of questions without hesitation. The girls at the front desk always make me feel so welcome. Always feel good here and am always impressed by the professional but friendly atmosphere. Great job performance Acura!

Extremely positive experience. Jessica was professional, congenial and very well informed of the products and services at Performance Acura. She immediately understood that I was not looking to buy immediately and this did not diminish the customer service and attention afforded me. I just bought a car at Performance Acura, Jessica was the salesperson and she was great from intial meeting to delivery. She went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect and ready on time - No waiting around at all. Pricing was competitive and with my specific car it was better than anyone within a 100km search. Trade in was dead on to black book too which made life easier. Amazing experience. The whole staff from sales, finance and delivery was amazing. I have never met such customer friendly staff before. My rental car got a flat tire at the time I was at the showroom looking for buying one. The staff helped us far beyond their scopes. I visited three other Acura showrooms in the neighbour but liked them so much thag i didn't mind driving 100km almost three times.

From start to finish, the team at Performance Acura was an absolute pleasure to work with. As an out-of-towner, they worked in a friendly and collaborative way with me over the phone until we arrived at a trade-in and purchase price we were all happy with. When I came in person to pick up, everything was ready and organized and the delivery specialist taught me all about my car. I love my new ride and I consider the entire transaction to be a positive one! Thank you all so, so much again!
