Just bought a Toyota from here. Even with near impossible credit situations, I was able to get a fair deal explained well to me. I posed a lot of deep questions and tested the finance representative thoroughly with my own knowledge in financing. She passed with flying colors for honesty, clarity. My service requests were fulfilled, the car came to me clean as can be. The deal explained thoroughly. I would come back here for my next vehicle and recommend them to my friends as well.

Was just reading through some of the reviews and I was sad to see anything but positive reviews. I have been dealing with Danny for over 16 years. I own a driving school so we have purchased more than 8 cars over that time. Danny has always gone above and beyond to ensure we put safe and reliable cars on the road. He is my favourite mechanic and I have all my cars serviced there. His prices are fair and he's always very honest and up front with me. My cars are on the road all day every day and I need them to be safe and reliable. I trust Danny with my cars always!

Honest, friendly made us feel like family, not just another number. They not only provide service above and beyond but they have integrity, something that is becoming extremely rare. They stand behind everything they sell and service Old School the way it used to be.

This was my second car purchase from here and I think it may be my last. Unfortunately, it seems that the 30 day bumper to bumper warranty is useless. I will start by saying the some of the required repairs were completed, however the wipers didn't work properly on the car and after trying to get them to fix it 4 times, I took the car elsewhere for the fifth attempt and it is now fixed. They went so far to get out of repairing the wipers as to tell me that I had to clean the new wipers and give them a week to "break-in". Absurd. They tried 3 sets of wipers and bending the wiper arm twice with no success. In addition, they never took the car for a test drive, neither before or after they balanced the tires to take away the vibration at highway speeds. I was rushed in and out. The last time I took the car in for repairs (my third visit), one of the promises that I was told would be taken care before I picked the car up on July 12th, was finally done that day, on Aug 19th. The last time I took the car in I called that morning and was told to bring the car in at 2pm. I arrived and had to wait for almost 45 minutes before they worked on the car, as they had to have their lunch first. After another 45 minutes, I was told that the car was ready, the wipers work fine and didn't need to be fixed. I had been told that they would swap another wiper arm off another vehicle on the lot to fix it (they wouldn't even provide a new part), and it wasn't done. I have given up!

For the last 25 years, I've purchased my cars at Gaston's Auto Sales, and Danny has serviced every single one of them. Never had a problem because the job was always done right, promptly and efficiently. Danny, Tammy and Jean have always been friendly, extremely honest and up-front with me, and leave me no reason to ever think of going elsewhere. For the best experience buy your car at Gaston's!
