I am living in Markham but it is worth my while traveling all the way down to Performance Toyota. They are by far the best Toyota dealer I’ve ever been, not only that they have lots of cars to sell but also people are very friendly there, at least they have passion to show their respect to your consideration on what you are looking for. I want to say thinks to Shawna Carey who helped me on explaining each of the car accessories, paper statements and finance procedure. She knows what I am looking for, never push me on anything I don’t want or waste my time. Also big thanks to Erin Ayres who patiently summarize all the new technology to me, explain me the important features to save my time on reading user manual, and thanks for your gift!nAlthough Olivia is working for Performance Lexus, she’s the key person to get me into this place and introduce the right people for me, thanks Olivia. Dealt with Erin, Dan & Shawna with my boyfriend's recent purchase of a brand new Toyota Prius Prime! We had been to 2 prior toyota dealerships and didn't have the best experiences with them and we're so happy we eventually came across what we were looking for at Performance Toyota! Erin was such a pleasure to deal with - very quick with communication, straightforward and made this purchase fun and easy. The sales manager, Dan was super friendly and finance manager, Shawna made the financing process such a breeze! I had a great experience with Performance Toyota and wanted to give Zakk a shout-out. He was super helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. I appreciated that he didn’t push too hard, which made the whole process feel really smooth.nnI ordered a truck, and while it took almost a year to come in, it was worth the wait! My only small complaint is that I would have liked a few more frequent updates along the way, but overall, I’m really happy with how everything went. I’d definitely buy from this dealership and work with Zakk again.
