St. Catharines Mazda

I've been going to St. Cathartines Mazda since 2014 when I bought my first new car, a Mazda 3. I haven't looked back since! 3 cars 2014 Mazda 3, 2016 CX5 and 2019 CX9 growing with the family. The biggest reason is the treatment. Every service and they know my name, my vehicles and even remember little thing we talked about months ago, not to mention the service provided. I have never felt cheated or undersold. That's exceptionally rare, seeing how things are done at the St. Cathartines Kia dealership for my wife's car its night and day.nnI cant recommend this dealership enough based on my 10 years of serviced experience.

My car broke down on the Rainbow Bridge heading into Canada from the US. The service took care of my car the next day and even sent a shuttle to pick me up from the hotel. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them a 1,000 star rating I would. Jeff from service and Mike he shuttle driver were fantastic and made the whole ordeal pleasant.

Bought my new 2022 MX5 from St. Catharines Mazda and they have been superb ever since. So much so that we went back today to pick up our 2024 CX30. Cody and the sales staff have been phenomenal! I can't recommend this dealership enough. Right from when we went in to talk to Cody in the sales staff, Gio and Russ in managing the final details as well as Jeff and his service department and the reception we received, everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful.
