I've been in the market for a couple months now. I had a vehicle (not MB)that had negative equity and I understand I can't bury the whole thing but was just looking for advise and assistance to get rid of it. I went all around the region speaking to what seemed like every sales person and all they wanted to do was upsell me and put me into a 8year payment plan that would still leave me upside down. I finally ended up calling performance MB and spoke with Alexandra who took the time to investigate my situation and then passed me onto Alfredo in sales who worked with me and made me feel completely at ease and into a vehicle and payment that was what I consider reasonable and will leave me in a great spot in the future with a vehicle that I know will hold its value. When I moved onto the business office to write up the deal Justine took the time to explain all the options and extras available without any presssure and a genuine concern for my purchase and what would give me the best value and added protection. All I can say is A+ to everyone I dealt with and I feel like I will be a Performance MB client for life.

Until my most recent experience, I had been pleased with this dealership. My experience this month was very disappointing. The phone isn't answered during business hours and of 5 voice mail messages (the day before, the day of and after the appointment) asking that someone call me, I had just one call back. Same thing with e-mail messages - no response after responding to an e-mail from a Customer Experience Representative. Difficulty with the requested valet service, some of the requested work was not completed on my car. Overall customer service during my last appointment was virtually non-existent, the valet driver was the only one who showed any care or concern.

Thank you Performance Mercedes-Benz for an unforgettable experience!! I currently reside in Toronto, I've been asked why travel all the way to St Catherine (1.5 hours drive) when there are other dealership closer to me. Well this is why.... Prior to being referred to Performance Mercedes-Benz I had visited three other dealerships. The sale consultants were pushy along with all the phone calls and emails that followed my visit. It's very overwhelming, especially when you are a woman car shopping. I had the pleasure of working with Shobhit Kapoor as my Sales Consultant. One thing I hate the most is car shopping but Shobhit made this process extremely stress free. The initial process took about two weeks, Shobhit communicated very well with me via phone and email along the way, he was very informative. There were absolutely no pressure throughout my decision making. I picked up my vehicle on December 1st, as we entered the dealership everyone that I encountered greeted me.The level of professionalism exceeded my expectation. I was lend to my car by Shobhit followed by being seated in the lounging area as my old license plate got transferred to my new vehicle . As I waited we were offered beverages and cookies. (An added bonus after driving 1.5 hours with a child, she really enjoyed the cookies). Shobhit took his time to inform me of every details regarding my vehicle. I left feeling extremely comfortable and knowledgeable. He also followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any questions/concerns and assured me that I can contact him should I have any in the future. Service like this are seldomly seen!!! If you heading to performance Mercedes-Benz ask for Shobhit he will take very good care of you!!

If I could have give them ZERO star I would, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest one!!! Worst dealership ever I have dealt starting from Alexandra Tomulescu and ending with Micheal Molnar. If you looking to buy or lease new Mercedes look somewhere else, there are plenty of dealers who is not stuck in late 80's - early 90's like Performance did.
