MINI St. Catharines

Just bought my fiancé her/our first Mini from Melanie! She was awesome before and after, I personally cannot wait to conduct business with her in the future. I noticed something small on the mini after the purchase. I made her aware and she did everything in her power to fix it and she did! I want a Mini for myself now and will be going back to Mini St.Catharines for sure! I extremely recommend Melanie but the whole team was amazing when she was not in but, I have to add she was so bubbly and full of energy it made my day and NOT pushy at all, great service all-around! Purchased my 2017 Countryman S All 4. My hip saleswoman Sheryl made the entire shopping experience fun and exciting from beginning to picking me up day of delivery! Being how I lived in Windsor, the entire process was done via phone and email, and all flawless at that. Special thanks to Shaun for his number crunching, Nick and Robert. Great customer service! They drove my 2013 Mini Cooper to Toronto because I was unable to get to St. Catharines. I purchased my Mini with Joanne - she is quick to answer any questions and checks in frequently to make sure the vehicle is running smoothly. Thanks, Mini St. Catharines!
