Performance BMW

I stopped by Performance BMW to ask some questions I had as I was thinking of purchasing a car. I was extremely fortunate to meet Joanne Acocella. She answered all of the questions I had in a professional and knowledgeable manner and never once tried to "sell" me anything. Quite the opposite: she was able to educate me. She asked me questions, and made some suggestions I had not thought about. THIS is EXACTLY what I wanted. I left the dealership knowing more than when I walked in and never once felt any of the typical sales pressures one might expect. I was very impressed. I did end up purchasing a car, and not the one I was thinking of. Joanne helped me see that a different model might fit my needs better. She, and the dealership when out of their way to accommodate me in several ways. I can't speak highly enough about BMW Performance and in particular Joanne. I would happily refer anyone looking to purchase a BMW to her.

Would just like to thank Ryan in the parts department for his help. Outstanding worker I had a bunch of questions and a list of parts I needed and he took his time to explain to me exactly what I needed and got me pricing on all the parts right away. ( Actually I even think he was on his lunch when I stopped in ) So he took time out of his own day to help me. A great help he was. I will be back forsure

My husband and I recently purchased our first BMW from Performance BMW. Joanne Acocella was our sales consultant. She was extremely helpful in understanding our "needs and wants" . She was able to identify the car with the features that were important to us. She was involved with the complete sales cycle of the car. She continued to provide all help in facilitating and making us comfortable with the car right from test drive, to explaining the features of the car, during the sales process, at the time of delivery, post delivery I will recommend Joanne to our friends and family if they are looking for their next car to be a BMW

Thanks Toney for all the help you gave us in purchasing our new BMW 2018 X3. The car is fantastic and we are looking to enjoy it for years to come. We really appreciate the efforts you make to help us and guide us through the process. The delivery was the best we have experienced.

A great purchasing experience with Toney and the sales team as always! I've purchased several cars here over the past 15 years. It was a professional experience from start to finish. I especially liked working with young Nick for the car delivery - he was super knowledgeable and passionate about all the features and options in the car.
