John Bear Buick GMC

Horrible experience. Think twice before dealing with these people! I wasn't able to put my whole review in because it was way too long. Lets just say it took 3 months before i could enjoy my new truck. Well its good that the owner is glad people have a good experience. i wonder why i never got a response from him when i was having difficulties with his staff. My message to you was ignored. Thanks. Where were you!?

From the time I met Jim my sales person to signing the deal with upper management it was as pleasant and professional as can be. All my requests during negotiations to make a deal final were accomplished without any pressure and that was greatly appreciated. I knew my sales person had important outside commitments to attend to but he stayed with me until all my questions were answered. John Bear the dealership was clean, extremely helpful from the greating person at front door right through to the top. I would have no problems telling anyone that if they were purchasing a vehicle I would start at John Bear. Rick, a satisfied customer.

Contacted Mike Lavallee to find our next vehicle. I'm glad I did. Mike answered all questions we had and responded promptly when I emailed him or called. We came to John bear as a referral from family to buy a new truck. Having little knowledge on trucks we were happy that Nick was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Nick was great to work with and I highly recommend going to see him when you stop by!
