Tried Cakes by Robert for the first time... call to inquiry about specific ingredients, spoke with Amy, I received the most pleasant customer service ever! The vanilla cake was delicious... made with simple ingredients... and the frosting is just perfect. Guaranty you will not scrape it off.... well worth it. Great price point. Will go back!!!

Love all their cakes and cupcakes. We order from CbR for all the kids birthdays. Cookies are awesome too!

It was my first time buying from here and I had two 9" cake orders that were last minute so having customer service through the phone with someone who was both friendly and patient was very helpful. Both vanilla and chocolate cakes were moist and not too sweet which most guests delightfully commented about. A suggestion is to provide more variety of flavours.

I've been buying from Robert cakes for many years. Overall the cake flavor is good however if you want any type of detailed design work you should look elsewhere. When you charge near $100 for a small slab cake that you could buy elsewhere for $30 you are paying for the artistry. That's the piece that needs improvement at this price point.

I've been a customer for over 10 years now. I splurge on custom cakes for special occasions such as big birthdays, anniversaries and milestones. I always order the edible photo cakes and they're a big hit with my family and friends. The cakes are moist and not too sweet. They can even make vegan cakes! Love this place.
