Wynn Fitness Clubs

Horrible gym. Tim (one of the managers) doesn't care about you at all - he just wants to sign you up and get the commission for it. I went in for a 90 day free trial - he said I wasn't eligible because the corporate rate would be cheaper for me. Okay fine. I asked for a free trial to see how I'd enjoy the facilities, he gave me a 10 day free trial but made me put down a $40 deposit. Kind of weird, but okay fine I did that as well. 1 week after, my credit card was charged for an additional $20 - when I called to inquire about it, Tim said "oh sorry that wasn't supposed to go through until Friday". Again, okay fine but of course at this point I didn't want to continue at this gym because it's pretty gloomy inside and I wasn't happy with the customer service. He said "sure we'll mail you a cheque". I think that's crazy seeing as how it was their error for the second charge, and it's unfair that they can take money from my card but can't put it back. Now I have to wait another week to get my money back for services I used for ONE WEEK. He wasn't even the least bit empathetic - pretty sure he even hung up on me. Save your time and money - horrible gym with horrible management.

Not worth a penny. This gym has a horrible management. I have been a member of Wynn Fitness for 1.5 years, and as a loyal member, I was really disappointed to find out that my favorite classes have been canceled. I attended classes regularly, but they have stopped offering these classes altogether. I really don't understand the reason behind, especially taking into consideration that the instructors were very professional and experienced. Their classes were very much charismatic, engaging and positive-natured. The management didn't offer any other classes instead. I have found them very arrogant that don't care much of their clients.

Dan Harland @Richmond Hill location I signed up for personal trainer 5 weeks ago and Daniel has been amazing,his technique and repertoire is so good I feel like a total new person. His skills of training according to what your body physique is great and every $$$ spent is worth it. If there was more than 5 stars he definitely deserves them.He even accommodated me Wish I could afford more sessions or if they had the promotion again I would buy more sessions. thanks Dan.Keep it going you are doing great. Great gym, perfect size, and has all the equipment necessary for a proper workout. I did physio with the trainer Kia Sanei for knee/shin issues I was having, and after 6 months my issues decreased significantly and I could squat properly again without pain. He’s an amazing trainer and very detail oriented when working through an injury. Would recommend the physio program to anyone who has any kind of injuries/restrictions with training. Overall amazing experience and friendly staff as well.

Great location. Friendy staff. Dallas is a welcoming face at the front desk, and Aneta and Kia are excellent physio trainers.
