GoodLife Fitness Centres

The staff are really pleasant! The layout of this gym is not my favourite- especially after seeing and working out at some of the newer locations outside of the city. The gym is spread over 5 floors, so expect a bit of a climb to get to the changerooms/classes/workout areas. The elevator never works so don't expect it to be functioning. This gym never seems crazy busy, I always have access to the machines & equipment I need. Busier during lunch hours but not so much in the morning/after business hours.

Literally my go to GoodLife in the city. It's pretty empty during certain hours (won't say which hours as I'd like to keep enjoying my quiet workouts lol) and the equipment is top notch. Crowd is very "downtown" and corporate as well, so no crazies.

Ur workout start from ground floor only as changing room is on different level and elevators doesn't work ( good for health).group classes are good.... Good place for networking... No free internet...

I haven't been to other Goodlife locations so I dont have a point of comparison but so far my experience here has been very good. The staff is super friendly and they helped me a lot while signing up. I try to avoid peak hours but during lunch is not that crowded and you have space and machines available.

This is an interesting location tucked into a corner of an office building. Rather than a conventional setup on a single floor where you can see the entirety of the gym in a single eyeshot, this location is set up on multiple floors, with the shower areas located in a separate floor from the workout areas. At first this place may seem anal and claustrophobic, but once you get used to the floor plans you'll realize it's decently sized.
