Overall, great size gym with a lot of high quality machines and a large free weight space. I have been coming to this gym for over 6 years and have to say I am very happy with it. A lot of the people who work out here usually work in the downtown core. The time the gym is the busiest from 5-7pm on weeknights. I would avoid this time if you prefer to not want to work in with anyone or not want to wait for any machine or be in a busy locker room. The evenings and weekends are fantastic at this location because most people have got back to the suburbs for the weekend and the gym is not very busy at all. The cleaning staff are constantly cleaning up the locker rooms so no complaints there.

Great gym. Although it's very busy after work hours, it's understandable given its location. I recently forgotten my wallet in the change room and the reception called me an hour after I left the gym to let me know someone turned it in. Good, honest gym goers and staff! Thank you to whoever turned in my wallet, much appreciated.

Be careful with your valuables at this location. Get a good locker and change in areas that are open [not hidden]. My locker was broken into twice. I've seen others with same issues. Despite the locker situation the gym facilities are great. The fitness classes are excellent. Come out, just be careful.

Really nice and big, shower and changerooms better than most. Cleaning staff very attentive and generally well-maintained gym. Front desk is friendly. Lunchtime can get really busy, spin and some of the popular group classes fill up pretty quick if you go at peak times.

Really like this location. Great equipment and open 24/7 on weekdays. It gets really busy up to 8-9pm, so I recommend not going in peak times. It is a great option for late night, and the staff is always friendly.
