GoodLife Fitness Centres

I've been going to this gym for almost 5 years. The staff are generally nice. Isaac is great! There is lots of equipment but there is usually a wait for stuff because of the loads of condos and companies around here. Throughout the week, anytime of the day, there will be people. The weekends are better. Overall great gym!

Been going here for few years. Management changes frequently but overall a good facility. If you are looking for a PT who would change your physical state then book Rosh for a consultation. I highly recommend him.

This Goodlife location is not one of the best Toronto has to offer. The only positives this location has is their cleanliness and convenience of having it by Toronto's Union station. The staff are incredibly rude here and it's really packed during rush hour times with limited equipment. The free weight section is very small compared to other Goodlifes with 3 squat racks and 3 stair masters. The gym is heavily supported with treadmills and only has one water fountain at the front. The change rooms are at the back of the hotel which is inconvenient if you're just putting something in quickly and coming for a quick workout. Overall, good for convenience but if you can, try to avoid this location during peak hours.

A large amount the equiptment is limited to those doing a 1 on 1 personal training session (including the punching bag). Other goodlife locations allow you to use that equiptment when its not busy, especially the punching bag.

I felt right at home the minute I walked in starting in January 2017. I go occasionally around 9:00 AM to powerlift. I prefer this location but my wife likes me to drive her to another GoodLife. There are lots of bars, weights, benches and space. The clientele seem to be dedicated and respectful. The change rooms are of good quality as are the showers. The people on the front desk are enthusiastic and friendly which starts the visit off on the right foot.
