Best gym I've ever worked out at. The guys and gals there are awesome. Pushing me hard but not too hard to the point of injury. I recommend these guys for training and management of your health. It's like a family. Michael.

I've worked with several of the trainers at Innovative Fitness including Matija, Aaron, Emma and Mike. They are all professionals with a passion for fitness. They cater to your specific needs and make the workout enjoyable, you hardly realize you're working out! Shout out also to Julie who makes booking a very easy process! Great gym!!

The coaches at IF are top notch, well educated, and caring. They provide a tailored approach to fitness and well being which helps you stay motivated and reach your goals. The atmosphere and enthusiasm is infectious.

I have been going to IF Toronto since May 2015 while recovering from a cracked ankle bone. The support and attention to my injury was exceptional. All the trainers are personable, professional and work with you to set and achieve your goals.

Wonderful experience, very knowledgable staff that understand all types of training and fitness approaches. Also happens to be a beautiful facility, well maintained, great equipment - cardio, conditioning, strength, pilates, rowers.
