My experience with Ivan at Build my Body Beautiful was nothing short of amazing - his encouragement, consistent follow up and attention to my needs was incredibly supportive. He anticipated changes in my nutrition and fitness regimen before I even did. I am so grateful for the service I received, it was truly life changing and not only I am down 20 pounds because of it, I have been inspired to go back to school for health and nutrition and competed in my first ever bikini competition 1 week ago. I also cant forget to mention working with Body Beautiful team member Alysha (she helped me with my posing and just gave me great overall health advice) she was such a life saver throughout my bikini prep when it came to having someone who I could share my challenges and victories with when it was hard finding people that could relate to my lifestyle.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to join the BMBB's personal training program. Thank you to this wonderful team of coaches, I have never looked or felt better. I was looking for a trainer that can not only get me in a better shape, but also teach me how to keep it for the rest of my life. Their approach to nutrition and training is truly sustainable (they believe in having balance in life!), and I can see myself staying with my new routine for the rest of my life. I joined 'Build My Body Beautiful' because I needed to do something about my health, weight and overall fitness. I can tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. If you are like me and have never done a fitness class before and are intimidated by most of the gyms in the downtown core, it's the perfect program to join. The instructors I have had, Aly and Lisa, are fantastic, very supportive, and everyone in the class makes you feel welcome right away. When I joined back in October, they were starting the 8 week 'transformation challenge', which really kick started my weight loss and put me on the path to success. I signed up for the Level 1 boot camp which is twice per week, and I added on the Friday class, 'Abs & Booty', which is a great, because a 3x per week program is what I was looking for. I started seeing results almost immediately. At my final weigh in, after my first 8 weeks, I had lost 15 lbs and 7% body fat! Needless to say, I was over the moon and more determined than ever to reach my goals. I have now completed my second 8 week Level 1 program and look forward to moving into Level 2. I highly recommend this boot camp for anyone looking to lose weight and get fit. Believe me, if I can do it, you can too.
