Body by Chosen consists of a young, dedicated, highly professional personal training team. We pride ourselves in our ability to work with you at your home, office, or your local gym.

Mission

Our Mission is to Increase the awareness of Health in the minds of people all ages. We much too often take our "good" health for granted and put ourselves in bad shape, which is proven to lead to many diseases some life threatening. Health is Wealth.

We also would like to educate the minds of the youth in particular about choices they are making. They are our future its up to us to point them in the right direction.

Over the last month since I have begun attending Body by Chosen classes, the trainers have been extremely professional while providing their clients with unique, fun and motivating workouts! My preferred class is the lunch time bootcamp with Victa. He provides excellent instruction and keeps a keen eye on your form.  Expect nothing less then a killer workout and ongoing motivation when you come here!

This place inspired me to stay consistent, it made me fall in love with the grind, the exhaustion, the war against my own mind.... the process.

My fitness history is probably not much different from most people's. I'd hit the gym maybe 30 days a year, with the occasional year when I might workout consistently for say.. 2 months? Hating every workout and barely seeing any results.

I had come to terms with the fact that I'd always be the skinny dude -- I simply didn't have the discipline or desire to hit the gym consistently. 

But then I walked into Body by Chosen about three years ago. Despite a few set backs due to non-gym related injuries (bicycle and snowboarding falls), I've never been more consistent with anything in my life as I now am with the gym. Working out became a hobby, my favourite hobby. And what's most amazing is that I actually love the workouts more than I do the results, which is how I know that this is now part of who I am.

What's so special about BBC?

It's one of those things you can't really put your finger on, you just know that they have a formula that works (again, evidenced by my consistency more so than my results). That being said, I'll do my best to explain:

1) The people: The trainers feel like family. There is a genuine desire to see you succeed. The gym is small, everyone knows each other, everyone is connected to each other and this creates a constant source of motivation to keep going. They care and they are incredibly inspiring.

2) Tact: These guys seem to know exactly how much to push such that you are breaking through your limits but not getting hurt. They are sensitive to the level you are in yet committed to taking you to the next one. They will also work with you, join you in every rep, every set, go through the pain with you.

3) There are no sales people at BBC. The place is run by athletes and trainers. Grinders from all walks of life who are there to do work and make sure you do work and make progress, not to take your money or harass you to buy memberships. 

I will never forget the first time I walked into BBC, I came in for a beginners Calisthenics class. The class was amazing but what I was most amazed about was that not only was the first class free, but no one tried to sell me anything. The only thing I signed was a waiver, other than that, I just came in, did my class and left. That's how I knew this place wasn't just another business, it was a place to grind , join a family, and reach your goals.

There has never been a gym so embracing of who you are now and supportive of who you can be like Body By Chosen. 
This place is my therapy, my life coach and the grounds that foster the drive to create and help others. 
It's hard to articulate, there's just no other gym like it anywhere. You can't go wrong with any of the trainer's, just show up, connect and start training today! 🙌

This is an amazing space fill with awesome people. The trainers are all available to help, always with a smile on their faces. Each one is unique, giving the gym its energy and life. Working out with them is tough, satisfying and inspiring, all at the same time. After only one class, or one training session you'll be  hooked for sure!

Body By Chosen has changed my life and I am forever grateful that I discovered this gym. No gym will ever compare to the commercialized ones. I joined this gym in late June of 2015 and it has been one of the best choices I have ever made. When I first walked in there, it was very intimating because growing up I was never an athletic person but Chosen changed it all for me. All the trainers at Chosen are motivating and supportive individuals. They will be there for you no matter what fitness level you are at. Also, in my opinion, fitness is more than just "losing weight and being healthy". When you are having one of those days, walking into this gym will make you feel 100% times better. Body By Chosen is like therapy for me.
