barre3 Toronto - King St. West

Great total body work out! And I also love that the quality of the class is consistent between different barre3 locations. The staff is friendly and it’s super easy to sign in once you enter the studio. The back/changing area is small but good enough, only gets packed if you’re in there right as the class before you has just ended.

We reviewed both Barre3 locations, including their newest to Toronto in Leslieville (!) and both studios will challenge you how you least expect it with repetitive pulsing and small movements that will tone, lengthen and strengthen your beautiful bods.

I took a class at Barre3 for the first time and it was so fun! My instructor was Maddy and she was amazing! She explained everything to me including what equipments to use prior to start of the class and asked if I had any injuries. Through class, she provided alternative poses for those that are more advanced or those that are just starting. I also like the pace of the class - allows me to really pay attention to my form and set my own pace.

I've been going to barre3 regularly for a year now. I love the exercises (low-impact, repetition by design), instructors and studio amenities. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend!
