I got scammered disrespect from the manqger and rober from this place its a long story what hapoened to me but the asain manager is so egotistic and rude dont go there people absolute filth of a place

Got a 14 day pass, turned away because I was apparently already in the system (never been with GLF). Gave me the impression that I would be promptly refunded. None given, had to call several times before they told me it was a head office affair - head office had worse service. - a 0/10 because it takes you about a year to get on the phone with someone, who then fails to resolve what should be the simplest issue. A week later having called 10+ times I still don't have my refund.

I like the openess of this gym as it had lots of equipment and feels bigger than it is. Most times the benches are taken but there is much availability in various equipment. Monday night classes are well attended and a lot of fun / excitement that incorporates great workout energy (especially 5pm/5:30 GRIT Strength and Plyo and 6pm Bodycombat)

Extremely cold in there and they refuse to turn down fan settings. Outside is okay to walk, we won't die under 25 degrees but the air conditioning makes you sick and not good for muscles, I won't turn back

The private training section is stacked with weights and more squat racks than the general gym area. Finding plates/weights usually means wandering around the gym trying to find equipment that is scarce and scattered everywhere.
