DO NOT GO. DISGUSTING. We tried it for the first time through Class Pass and the staff including the manager Jon treated us like vermin! Interrogating us about membership, access - as if we were lying about having booked a class. Finally when we were allowed in, I had to request a towel from the front desk and it was brown and frayed all over - not sure if it was ever washed properly. The space is also filthy and the dumb bells/equipment are just strewn all over the turf area. I doubt the machines are ever cleaned because you can see sweat stains all over them. I decided to stretch on the turf before my class started and was approached by a staff member who told me I wasn't allowed on the turf as it was closed 2PM-8PM for private training sessions every day. This sounded ridiculous to me - what was the purpose of having a turf if people can't even use it unless they purchase premium training session?! The class itself turned out to be just as bad as the gym and its staff. The instructor was late, then spent 20 minutes of the class talking about Cross Fit exercises when it was promoted as a boot camp class. She then spent a large portion of the time checking herself out in the mirrors and fixing her hair...rarely stopping to show the class the set of exercises. We left pretty shocked at the abysmal quality of the class as well as our overall gym experience. I wouldn't waste time checking this place out, you'll be severely disappointed.

Really sad to say I will be cancelling my membership after 2 years. This gym used to be great when it was Hard Candy/Aura. In the past few months it's really gone downhill and it is not worth the monthly commitment. All the good trainers and staff have left and the new management team "Crunch" is inexcusable in how poor their customer service is. They're anal about everything down to number of towels you use. What they aren't anal about is safety and cleanliness - the turf area is constantly riddled with work out equipment and trying to navigate through that area is a hazard on its own. And now the turf area is off limits during peak times unless you book personal training sessions so members can only access it after 9PM which isn't feasible. It's just not worth it to pay a monthly membership for access to treadmills and a few other machines.......

Love this gym! Clean, well kept and they have a huge variety of classes. The equipment is always available, and the staff are very friendly. Not to mention, the turf area is just perfect! Highly recommend!

This place is going downhill... and fast. This gym was amazing when it first opened under hard candy. Since then, it has gone through 3 different management changes until now, where crunch fitness bought it out. Crunch fitness is absolutely AWFUL. The gym is making cost cuts left and right, with less services (i.e. no shampoo, paper towels in bathrooms) and rude staff. One new rule is that the turf area is now no longer available for use between 2-8pm on weekdays as this area is "reserved" for personal training sessions. You're better of at Goodlife.

I would give this gym 0 stars. This gym is disgusting. Used to be great back when it was Hard Candy (its been bought and sold by 3 other gyms since - I believe its called "Crunch Fitness" for this month) now its filthy and poorly run. They've cheaped out on everything from the facilities to their cleaning staff. The walls are literally falling apart and nothing has been fixed. I work out at 6 am and the place is totally gross. Equipment everywhere, chalk marks on plates and barbells, dirty towels piled in the corner. There isn't even a way to contact the manager. Cancelling my membership as soon as I join another gym. Someone needs to get Toronto Public Health down there this place should be shut down!
