had an excellent experience with rheumatology - everyone was so kind! i’ve had some very bad experiences with doctors in the past and this felt like a breath of fresh air!! everyone i interacted with was gentle, respectful and supportive. also, i was able to get an x-ray right away
Receiving excellent services from amazing professional nurses, Alice and Vanessa 3rd floor, as well as top notch staff at check in desk. I received my HPV vaccination during my tight lunch hour. The staff are very accommodating and understanding by putting me first on the queue, so I won’t be late to rush back office.nThank you very much !
Early morning at the gynecologist department, I look for signs and someone to ask where I should go. This receptionist very hostilely comes out of her desk to a sign that I obviously missed telling her colleague « enough is enough, I want to make sure people see this sign and stay behind ». Well, did you consider that nobody see your sign because it is wrongly placed ?? We do not see it when arriving from the side.nI come back another day, and the same receptionist is in service. I stay behind the line this time. But clearly, several people did not stay behind that sign/line before approaching her. And she said nothing. Discrimination? Discrimination.nNot to mention the multiple times I had to call before someone finally called back days later to confirm my appointment. If I did not have to see a doctor, and if I was not referred to this one hospital, I would not need to bother you. And if I could give minus stars, I would.
I had my surgery on November 6 and the staff and medical care I received was excellent!! From checking in to my discharge, everyone was so caring and helpful I am truly grateful. I even got a call the day after discharge to check on my welfare.nThank you so much for the care and attention you all gave to me during my visit.nYou all are a wonderful bunch of people!!nThanks again!!
Horrible wait times. Had an ultrasound booked at 36 weeks pregnant and was instructed to keep bladder full an hour prior to my appointment. Waited an hour so now 2 hours holding bladder and overheard an older woman ask about the wait times she came in after me and she got to go in before me since she complained. Who knows how long I would have to keep holding my bladder, I ended up leaving. What’s the point of booking appointments if you still have to wait. Get it together.
