I recently called Women's College Hospital to book an appointment for an ultrasound, and I encountered a frustrating experience. The staff member who answered the phone had a strong accent that made it difficult for me to understand her. When I politely asked her to repeat herself, she raised her voice, which I found quite unprofessional.nnAs a new client, this interaction left a negative impression, and I believe it's important for management to be aware of this. I plan to address this with them, as I believe in the importance of respectful communication. I will provide an update after my appointment.
had an excellent experience with rheumatology - everyone was so kind! i’ve had some very bad experiences with doctors in the past and this felt like a breath of fresh air!! everyone i interacted with was gentle, respectful and supportive. also, i was able to get an x-ray right away
I cannot say enough positive things about the doctors, nurses,nstaff at this hospital. I was beyond stressed out when I arrived for my procedure. They were very caring, thorough, explained each and every step, so I was aware what to expect. Every thing was done so quickly. I mean this in the best way, I hope to never have to go through this again, but I feel confident that if I had to, I would be in the best hands. Thanks everyone, keep up the great work!
A big thanks to Dr. Devon, her team,and the staff at this wonderful hospital. My wife had surgery yesterday afternoon. I am in gratitude for the skill of the surgeons and the exceptional care by the staff and volunteers. From the start to finish! The facility is top notch. Thanks again.
I had an excellent experience at the Dermatology Centre. Had a quick check-in and all the staff were kind and friendly. The two doctors the main and the trainee? were knowledgeable and listened to all my skin-related issues and were able to diagnose a rare condition which past dermatologists at other clinics kept misdiagnosing and shilling cosmetic laser procedures. I also had a mole removed and biopsy-ed to a lab and I was also able to get related lab work done as well as get a prescription all in one trip. All in an all a very efficient and stress-free visit. Thank you.
