The Hospital for Sick Children

SickKids Hospital is truly exceptional! From the moment you step inside, you can see how clean and organized every corner is. The level of care and responsibility they show is unmatched. The hospital is so large and well-equipped, it feels like an entire city dedicated to healing and hope. Every staff member we encountered was professional, compassionate, and went above and beyond to provide top-notch care. Their state-of-the-art facilities and attention to detail make it clear that this hospital is committed to excellence. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a world-class institution.

This world-class facility is the best for specialized treatment and care for kids. The state of the art care facility is 'research-intensive' for complex pediatric treatment. Well qualified and friendly doctors, caring nurses, and staff, calm and welcoming kid friendly environment - all make this establishment the best of the best. It also has a nice food court in the atrium with a couple of common fast food franchis, Cafe, Susi etc and adequate underground parking lot.

This is one of the nicest hospitals I've ever set foot into. With its beautiful atrium, food and drink facilities, it is unlike any other I've seen. The staff in NCIU are attentive and kind. Our lovely nurse was always gentle and respectful of us being there. Her lovely black hair was always kept tidy and her expression always carried a smile. Thank you for everything you did for Bianca. Your loving care helped her be able to move on to another hospital for further incubation.

For Sunday morning, we had a quick check-in, but it still took more than 8 hours until the discharge! Anyway, it wasn't a bad experience. It's a clean and nice hospital with a lot of creative wall murals and pictures for kids. There are Shoppers Drog Mart, Starbucks, Timhortons, a Cafeteria, and some shops there that make it easy for you to buy food, coffee or any medicine. Doctors and nurses were kind and patient and did their best to make it a good day for my kids. They explained everything in detail for my son, but in a professional way, not to scare him or make him worried while distancing him and talking about school. They brought an IPad, some playdough, legos, and drawing sheets to entertain them. It's definitely better than other hosptials for kids. Thank you, SickKids team!

If your kid is facing a real emergency then this is the best hospital there is at least in Ontario if not in Canada. The Doctors are great but the real angels here are the nurses. Some of the most positive, warm and comforting nursing staff I have ever seen anywhere. They will literally go out of their way to ensure your kid does not have a miserable time here.nThe hospital itself is absolutely beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into ensuring that it does not look nor feel depressing for parents, patients or visitors.nnSpecial shout out to Lana and Jess, as well as Salma and Maria who were the amazing nursing staff at 7B65
