I wish there's more Carol in this world that cares and loves her work. She is a cleaner here at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is very thorough and meticulously cleans every corner and areas of the place. I talked to her and thank her for ger service. She said Hospitals should be cleaned thoroughly everytime coz there are a lot of patients here. She is the most pure heart woman i met. We need more people like her here. The worst cleaner is sadly is the one that is full time here named Gerry, he is the old guy that man he doesn't care about cleaning at all. Worst person ever, im sorry but he is. I don't know why he was hired to do cleaning when its the patients health that is very important. That's all. Sorry but thats what we felt here.nnI give carol 5 stars and the weekend lady cleaners here as well. But the weekday cleaner gerry minus 100. I had an excellent experience at Mount Sinai Hospital! Dr. Tannenbaum, my gynecologist, was amazing and provided incredible support during my successful VBAC after four years since my C-section. The staff was professional and caring.

The hospital maintains a consistently clean and well-organized environment. My regular visits have been consistently positive, characterized by friendly and helpful staff. This contrasts favorably with other facilities I've experienced, which often lack adequate parking and clear directional guidance from reception. I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

I visited the medical imaging department for my first ever CT scan. Tracy, the tech, was so sweet and funny, she made me laugh and put me at ease even though I was nervous. She also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. My appointment was relatively on time maybe 20 min after my appointment time and the whole thing didn't take very long. I'd recommend getting a CT scan done here.nnAlso had a good experience at Mount Sinai's ENT with Dr. Davies so overall I recommend this hospital!
