PMH is part of UHN (University Health Network). Like any organization, you may come in one day and find an individual is having an off-day. I know I did: maybe several individual events. Don’t allow any single incident to overshadow the fact that this is among the top 5 best cancer care places in the world.

I went through breast cancer treatment here. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff are fantastic. They really care about you and listen to you, they are patient with you. This was most difficult time in my life and without compassionate and empathic team there. I would have crumbled. I wish the hospital did have more options for food like Mt. Sinai and Toronto General and like Toronto General a room where you can get better non medical magazines. I love how outside the hospital on University Street. They have beautiful words written on the sidewalks for the patients and staff. Love Love Love it

It's hard to imagine what it's like to have cancer, never mind being the HCP that has to tell us. But they were with us every step of the way. We were surprised to learn that this is one of the top cancer centers in the world. It is a very busy place, and knowing that so many people also had cancer was somehow comforting. They gave us lots of time to prepare emotionally for the news, which turned out to be not as bad as we had imagined. From diagnosis to OR took 2 weeks. And yes, he's doing fine.

Horrible experience. Absent minded doctors who pretend to care abut cancer patients. Have a check-up unfortunately this coming Friday. If it gets worse, will definitely be posting more reviews to let the Universe know their reputation is disgusting.

Cleanest, most professional and caring medical facility I have ever seen. We really are lucky!
