I had 5 people in a line ahead of me, “dr”. Spent 15 min looking after those people...quick I thought....I went in to see him and he had a diagnosis immediately, took him less than a minute to tell what is wrong. When I questioned his judgment he started laughing at me. I left upset as I was hoping for more detailed consultation or a referral to other specialist. Same night I was in an emergency room needing urgent medical help, well done “dr.” !!!

Perhaps the best Doctor and staff!!! Doctor patel you are the best! Excellent and accurate diagnosis, highly professional And very helpful. Highly recommended

Went into the office first thing this morning for scabies and was prescribed cream only. The Dr neglected to prescribe the oral medication so I called back and the receptionist was not very friendly or accommodating and suggested I come back to the office even though I am contagious and spread it to the patients. Not a good practice!! AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

I love this location and all other Appletree clinics. I first experienced them in Ottawa back in 2009, and I visit this location a few months back. All clinics should be run by a multidisciplinary corporation like these guys. A self-service check-in kiosk, all computerized records, state-of-the-art equipment, appeals to a young IT professional like me looking for care. The docs can focus on my care better as they don't have to deal with admin issues like other clinics run by the docs themselves, where they have to continuously follow up with the nurses. I came in to check my ankle sprain, and the doc gave me a very detailed explanation, as well as computerized referral forms for x-rays etc. Followed up with me as well which I appreciated. Very progressive and utilizes modern tech for quick check in and patient turn around time, allowing me to get back to my daily routine/job ASAP.

Great walk in clinic! Very clean and modern. Awesome staff, pharmacy staff and doctors on site! Would recommend to anyone. Keep it up!
