Wendy's

i like their drinks. tons of different options and flavours. but the sevice is bad. they dont ask u if u dine in or take out and dont provide tissue as well and got my tissue beside drink stand. i like the fanta one with lots of flavours.

WOW! That was just plain awful. How is a combo at Wendy's 19 dollars...?! How have we gotten here with fast food? If I'm paying these kind of prices why wouldn't I just go to one of the premium burger places?nnPrice gouging aside, this was just such an unpleasant experience.nnThe person working who I assume was the manager refused to assist me with their terribly designed app.nnOkay fine, I got it to work eventually. Got my food and went on my way.nnAs I dug into my food, the burger was cold and still had onions on it, which I said to keep off because I was allergic. My fries were stale and the pop was not only warm but flat. Like seriously, how can you fail soo hard on every piece of the meal?nnIt feels like it was done on purpose.nnSo no part of my meal was edible. And I wasted 19 dollars on this?! I would have gone back and demanded a refund, but I was already on the road by then.nnOne of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had, now that's saying something...

This place should be named Donna’s - just had the best customer service experience of my life today because of her. Donna for employee of the year!! Thank you for going above and beyond. Food was super fresh and tasty. Also the pink lemonade and frosties are delicious - don’t sleep on those.

First and last time i’m having breakfast here. Wrap was dry, my breakfast had 1 slice of bacon broken in 2 call that a breakfast? Also my coffee black after I asked for milk ?

Ordered 1 drink for pick up. Waited for 10 minutes for it to be prepared. When I came by, I didnt have a car so they said to walk through the drive thru area for me to pick up. The staff told me to wait by the side and they'll call me so they can assists the car orders first. Waited another 20-30 mins and I ended up booking an uber to go through the drive thru to pick it up. That particular staff was rude and mean. All that stress for a drink. FOR 1 DRINK.
