McDonald’s

I really enjoy coming to this McDonald’s branch. The staff are generally friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is usually quick.nThe only issue I keep experiencing is with thenDe cafe Coffee Whenever I come and ask for a coffee, I’m often told that it’s unavailable or that they’ve already run out, even before the advertised serving time. It’s a bit disappointing, especially when you’re specifically stopping by for a coffee.nI hope the branch can improve the availability of De cafe coffee as it would make the overall experience even better.

I went near lunch hour with my 4 year old son.nVery busy, tons of high school kids hanging out. They were okay for the most part, but they were just hanging out not eating. one person at their table having a snack. Nothing you can do about that. Security guard is there and enforcing the limited ability he has to keep the place civil. Kudos to him for limiting the number of people to a table for which there are chairs.nJust lots of loitering, kind of imposed on my boy and I having a burger and a shake. I know, I can't believe the shake machine was working.nWe wanted to hit the play place but it was locked and had a sign there is water damaged.nAll around not the best visit. I'd do it again, because that's just how I roll. But could be better, and want my rating to reflect that.

Always a great experience! The food was fresh, my order was accurate, and everything came out quickly. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered McDonald’s at home, and I have to say, I was really happy with the overall experience. Everything arrived warm and fresh, which made a big difference. I started with the apple juice, and it was actually delicious – cold, fruity, and very refreshing. Sometimes juice from fast food places can taste artificial, but this one was just right.nI also ordered the veggie burger, and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the flavors were really good. The patty had a nice texture, and the combination of toppings made it quite satisfying. It’s great to see more vegetarian options that actually taste good!nAnd of course, I couldn’t skip the fries – McDonald’s fries never disappoint. They were hot, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. They had the perfect amount of salt, too.nOverall, it was a really satisfying meal. It’s always a gamble when ordering delivery, but McDonald’s did a great job with this one. I’d definitely order again, especially for the fries and that surprisingly yummy veggie burger!

I visited this McDonald’s around 8:00 PM today and was disappointed with the customer service. The employee who handed me my order, Alicia, came across as very rude and unfriendly. She did not greet me, seemed uninterested, and made the interaction feel unpleasant. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way in customer service. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff of the importance of treating customers respectfully.
