Had arguably the best filet o fish ever at this location. Bun was fluffy and soft and the fish was crisp, plumb and juicy. I ordered for car pick up and it was handed to me in about 10 mins which is quite fast since fish usually takes longer.

How come there is no more offers on the app? All summer is just the dollar drink, ice cream, ice coffee offer? Use to be better offers for meals and other food items but it stopped. I wish they would bring it back because otherwise there are no deals for regular food items.

I had a really upsetting experience at this location that I just can’t ignore. I went in, paid for a drink, and asked if I could use my own bottle. The white woman working there told me the machine wouldn’t fit my bottle—but that I could just pour the drink into mine myself. I appreciated that and thought it was all good.nnBut when I went back shortly after and politely asked for a refill, the same woman who gave me the okay suddenly told me there’s a “no refill policy.” It was confusing, frustrating, and honestly felt like I was being treated unfairly. Why tell me one thing and then completely change the story moments later?nnIt wasn’t just the refusal—it was the attitude, the contradiction, and how unwelcome I was made to feel. I’ve never had this kind of issue at other locations. I walked out feeling disrespected and embarrassed. I won’t be going back.

NO DRIVE THRU. Took forever to have our order taken then an insane amount of time to get our food... We were the only order and there were at least 7 visible staff on shift. All the food was cold fries hard, chicken strips on wraps and nuggets not even luke warm so it's not like we were waiting on anything to cook.... and we were served the wrong drink. Avoid!!

Really upsetting experience!! The person who was preparing food on 6th June from 10pm until around 11-20pm has to be trained more properly for taking and reading orders. And it’s not the first time issue, we like to order from there, but ALWAYS when I place the order for Quarter pounder WITHOUT CHEESE meal, they ALWAYS put the cheese. I made the order today, they put the cheese, I placed another order for the same burger, and AGAIN they put the cheese!!! Crazy! The thing is not about the money, it’s about the time spent and experience… please train your staff! Manager assured me that he will speak with the person who was taking order. I am sorry if you had a bad day, but if there is already second order placed, for the same item and same location, and it is your job, please be sure that you read the order details… all of us are working somewhere and do mistakes, but not repeated every time! hope it will not happen again, still love and will order again from there!
