McDonald's

I recently had a disappointing experience at a McDonald’s drive-thru that has left me unwilling to return. Despite the convenience that drive-thrus are supposed to offer, I ended up waiting far longer than expected. The line moved at a snail's pace, and the staff appeared unorganized and unprepared to handle the demand. After finally reaching the window, my order was incorrect, and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was met with an indifferent attitude. Poor service like this is unacceptable, especially from a brand as large as McDonald’s, where efficiency and customer satisfaction should be priorities. I expected fast service and accuracy, but instead, I got an unnecessarily long wait, inattentive employees, and an order that wasn’t even right. This experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to return to this location. McDonald's needs to address these issues to retain customers.

Requested extra Lettuce and Mc Chicken sauce, And this is what they put into the container. Pretty laughable how they just slammed Lettuce in there... I put that amount i wanted on the sandwich and left the rest in the container, which ended up being enough for another sandwich or two.

This location has one of the most unsanitary employees here . My family and I have watch the employee a female not using any gloves to prepare the orders , two other male employees has gloves on and making the order however this female is touching the tomatoes the salad and the buns with her bare hands and itching herself while doing so. I'm no expert but if someone is preparing your food and is touching everything bare hand including the buttons and itching herself while prepared customers food is not sanitary or right by common sense this location manager should be investigated and there staff for having such unsanitary staff. This is mc Donald where family and little ones goes to to have a bite this is unacceptable!

Staff sent out my orange juice for delivery even though they were not mixed properly. You can see it has no concentrate in it. Clearly employee didn't care, and still sent it out. I filled out the QR code survey on the receipt and uploaded the pictures.

Just looking at this video you can tell how horrible the restaurant management is. Such Hypocrats not following their own rules. People picking up the Uber orders at the drive-thru window Just because nobody is attending the designated pick up window which is locked and the guys have to wait outside in the freezing rain just to be told after 15 minutes to pick up the order at the drive-thru window not by driving the car but walking up to the window which is a huge safety risk considering the weather conditions. The poor visibility for the vehicles. This is how a billion dollar franchise operates. Shame on McDonald's. Why are the guys not able to use the drive-thru itself by driving the car if they have a designated place? Why is there no waiting area with proper heating during winter times or when it's raining? What level of standard is this? This is just a prime example of an extremely horrible pathetic management team. Shame on them.
