McDonald's

This location has one of the most unsanitary employees here . My family and I have watch the employee a female not using any gloves to prepare the orders , two other male employees has gloves on and making the order however this female is touching the tomatoes the salad and the buns with her bare hands and itching herself while doing so. I'm no expert but if someone is preparing your food and is touching everything bare hand including the buttons and itching herself while prepared customers food is not sanitary or right by common sense this location manager should be investigated and there staff for having such unsanitary staff. This is mc Donald where family and little ones goes to to have a bite this is unacceptable!

Thank you to 1000,s of my viewers f0r trusting my honest posts. As we know that M,d is a popular name. This M,d was special to me as the service guy walked me through the food and sizes of various wraps. Long story short, very cooperate. Atmosphere was great, v clean, lots of sitting place, service was fast without compromising food quality. I would certainly recommend going there again. Thank you, Mr. Owner.

Do not visit this location at night, the wait is very long and the staff were not the best. The one lady that seemed to be the manager needs a refresher on customer relations. Went for a sundae was presented with uncovered product with fudge all over it, raised a concern and was told there were too busy to deal with it, She took it and wiped it off and handed it to me, I did not consume it and there are very rude to delivery drivers .

McDonald's usually has bad staff and high prices, but this mcdonald's takes this to a higher level. Not a good level either, the drive through is garbage, they can't hear the person ordering, and the attitude at the window is not welcoming. If you have 2 lanes of drive through, that is not the customer's problem, that's a them problem. If you want to be snarky then get out of a mcjob. If you ask the customer for their order again then turn away and not give the pay machine then ask everything all over again it's going to take a very long time to get the order completed. Avoid this location as well, very rude!

I ordered two ice creams and for some reason I wait 20 to 25 minutes. I tried to speak with someone, twice the same person, explaining that maybe my order was forgotten, but I was completely ignored, like I wasn't there. She didn't look at me at all. She didn't try to help me. It was so frustrating. Real bad costumer service. Then, someone looked at me and finally I got my order. Not a good experience for sure.
