The washroom was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. There was water all over the floor and both hand dryers were not working.nnThe dining tables were also dirty and not cleaned properly. It looked like there was no proper management or supervision because things were scattered everywhere.nnWhen I tried to talk to the staff, they were not cooperative and behaved rudely. Overall, the place looked very poorly maintained.nnThis was not something that happened just today — from the condition of the place it seemed like it had been like this for quite some time. If there was an option to give a rating lower than zero, I would give it.nnVery disappointing experience.

Absolutely disgusting experience at this McDonald’s location. The quality has gone downhill in a shocking way. The food is becoming more disgusting every time I visit — the meat tastes old, smells bad, and looks like there are no quality standards anymore. I honestly can’t believe this is the level McDonald’s is serving now.nnThe washrooms are a complete disaster. My last 10 visits were all the same or even worse each time. Dirty floors, horrible smell, garbage everywhere, and clearly no proper cleaning or supervision. Even the sitting area smells bad and feels unclean. It’s uncomfortable to sit and eat there.nnWhat’s happening with McDonald’s branches lately? It feels like there is no management, no hygiene control, and no respect for customers anymore. This branch especially needs serious inspection and real standards before someone gets sick.nnI will also attach photos of the washroom because this situation is unacceptable.

I visited this location over the weekend June 27th and was very concerned by the cleanliness of the establishment. The washroom was especially dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained.nnI also observed many employee with long hair who was not wearing a hair net while working. In my opinion, this is poor food-handling practice and raises concerns about sanitation and workplace hygiene.nnI believe these issues are serious and warrant further attention. I respectfully request that this location be inspected to ensure it is meeting the required health and safety standards.

I waited 20 mins for a medium iced coffee waiting for so long mind you it’s only a medium vanilla, iced coffee with extra cream and extra vanilla and that’s how long it took and you have workers singing the intro of super Mario bros and fooling around singing talking about how they’re paying for other things

Came to dine here today with my daughter. Their dining is very dirty. I asked almost all of these ladies that servers the food at the front to get someone to clean a table so we can sit on. It took them over 10mins to get a cleaner. This is very disgusting! Where the hell is your cleaning staff? Someone is supposed to be there cleaning the dining room and tables as people are done! No one is supposed to request a staff to clean. If the dining room isn’t kept properly I won’t want to go to their washroom!
