KFC

We have been a long time fan of KFC. We were craving for KFC so stepped in.nnThe taste is no way KFC signature taste. The fries are bad, chicken fry is hard.nnThe name maybe kfc but the taste is not. It’s very disappointing to see KFC is not doing the quality control strictly and loosing its signature taste.

Staff very nice here.nnBusy store. Service was quick as not too busy.nnThis is a new location. The store moved here from less travelled area.nnThe $5 special for 2 snack sandwiches is not of value.nnAs you can see from pic the chicken is tapered and small.nnMy experience in food service was 20% - 30% food cost per item.nnIt is evident that KFC is pushing 10-15% food cost to increase profits.nnCharging $11 for two pieces of chicken & small fries is equally insane. A whole chicken at Food Basics roasted is $10 so what up KFC?nnBe fair to Canadians please.

Went there and ordered a four piece meal with double fries and they barely put enough fries for one order. I went back and showed them and they acted like they didn’t understand English and was asking me what’s wrong. I was finally given more fries in a brown bag, not even in a fries bag just a few fries were dropped in a bag. At this point there wasn’t any point trying to get them to rectify the problem so I just left. I will never return to this location.

Cleanliness: Please hire more staff. Your store, especially the dining area, is really dirty and full of clutter.nKFC quality: The quality and taste is also inconsistent. Probably depends on who's working.nnSeems to be due to poor management as one factor.

Ordered these items. It was my first time back in over 2 years at this location. Stopped going before because of how salty to the point of inedible it was. I know KFC is supposed to be salty I usually like the salty skin but this salty is next level. It’s so salty I could feel my blood pressure go up with each bite.nnAs for the poutine, they put so much gravy it felt like I was eating soup. Not enough fries and it wasn’t hot either. I spent $50 on food in these economic times it was a waste. KFC will NEVER see me as a customer again. This was disgusting.nnP.s the photo with the poutine, the bottom left corner is solely gravy; no fries, barely cheese. JUST GRAVY like soup. It’s a disgrace.
