KFC

This restaurant is poorly operated and most likely the worst in Toronto. Nothing works properly. Ordered from the kiosk as the sign states on the counter. The machine doesn’t give out any receipts. When I asked for one at the counter the girl says the machine is down and can’t print one out. Is the machine at the counter really broken or was she just lazy to do it? As you can see from the pictures, the monitors behind the counter don’t work, pop machine is a mess and doesn’t work.nHad to wait 15 mins for my order, which is totally unacceptable.nThis is an iconic brand and this restaurant is letting this image go down in the dumps.nHead office needs to come into this restaurant, talk to the manager/franchise owner and fix this place up.

This has got to be second to the worst KFC in the GTA. I have been there on Tuesdas and I am certain that given the poor quality of the food, aged, cold stale fries and dried out chicken, that everything was prepared way in advance of opening. I was there about a quarter after 1PM. Because everything was cooked, the staff was just standing around ready to serve up its old food.nnI get it. You have to be ready but not have chicken and French fries with a short shelf ready hours before opening and being served hours after lunch. This is not my first experience as such at this play.nnNow, on June 17, 2025 at about 8:20PM. This place was filthy. The filth is a representation of the people who work there. See the pictures.nnAlso, they encourage people to use the kiosk to order. The machine has never spat out a receipt to me to use to verify my order. Because of the absence of receipts, one patron collected a distracted patron's order which was greater in valve to theirs.

We ordered 12pc chicken bucket and was given only 11pcs. One person went short a pc due to this. Very unsatisfied with the service of this location.

We have been a long time fan of KFC. We were craving for KFC so stepped in.nnThe taste is no way KFC signature taste. The fries are bad, chicken fry is hard.nnThe name maybe kfc but the taste is not. It’s very disappointing to see KFC is not doing the quality control strictly and loosing its signature taste.

the staff is unprofeesional and cooking very bad i request the owner to please review your employees behaviour towards customer
