Worker is touching food and wearing a jacket with fur on definitely not part of policy …nAlso another lady wearing a purple hat lol

I went to this McDonald's May 16th a little after 10 pm. Everything was ok until a lady that worked there in the back was yelling about something. Not sure if it was towards an employee, but she was very nasty and angry and making the other staff feel very uncomfortable. She had an accent and was very unprofessional. I asked to speak with her and told her that she was behaving very unprofessional. Her response was very abrupt and angry telling me she didn't care.nTO THE PERSON WHO HIRES AND FIRES MANAGEMENT, PLEASE HAVE A TALK WITH HER BECAUSE SHE IS A VERY NASTY PERSON TOWARDS PEOPLE. IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT, GET RID OF HER PLEASE. SHE'S HURTING YOUR BUSINESS

Normally I love to come to this location but today I was very disappointed. A small fries came with my meal and it was empty. I believe it was a supervisor that handed me my food, I complained to her and showed her the fries and she looked at me and acted like she didn’t understand English. I told her there are no fries in it and she said yes there are fries “with a smerk on her face”. She said she can not over flow the bag. I told her that this is not my first time eating at McDonald’s and that there should be more. She then said she will give me another. Very disappointing.

Hana, Mandy and Co crushed a crazy rush. When my order was ready and I learned the crew was trainees, I was floored. They run the shop like they own it.

If I could give NO stars.. I would. Ordered through my app and my tea and coffee did not have sugar even though the order clearly said 2 sugar 2 cream, the mcChicken was stale.. I just don’t get it. We are paying for food.. shouldn’t we get what we paid for? the owner of this McDonald’s has to get involved instead of just hiring people and letting them manage the damn business.
