I ordered takeout 9 sandwiches on New Year’s Eve and one of the sandwiches was burnt. I wanna know how this was missed, how would someone in their right mind thinks it’s acceptable to serve a burnt sandwich. Horrible! Just horrible!

I have been here many many times, some days are good and some days are bad, but when I receive a hamburger that looks like that in the picture so dry and unsatisfying I say it is unacceptable,nI have worked in my teen years at this location and it has gotten worse. The management team needs to wake up and start watching what is being put out on the window, service is slow most of the time and they are not that busy to be that slow on service, customers should wait 3 mins the max unless the product is being cooked and even then there should be no waiting on the product. The staff needs to wake up and be more alert and make sure food is hot and fresh at all times and move.

Never order or attend this restaurant. They have missed things in my order 3 times in a row.nnSpend your money at St George Mcdonalds instead lool do better management. Spending 35$ for 2 things and 1 of those 2 things missing is kind of insane???

Trash workers, I wasted money for their food and they said “We already gave it out” I HAVE THE RECEIPT IN MY HAND AND YOU DIDNT GIVE ME NY FOOD”we gave it to your friend” I knew nobody there you gave out my food to a random and not only that you wasted my money you didn’t even bother ASKING FOR THE DAMN RECEIPT I’m not coming back here anymore. You guys have bum workers who can’t even check if the person has the order

I decided to come today for the croc keychain as this was advertised in store. They handed me the food with some random toy and when I went back to question, they said they didn’t have the crocs still in stock. Why wouldn’t you warn customers about this before ordering or at least put “out of stock” on the display? That was the only reason why I got the happy meal. Please do better because this was super disappointing.
