RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Manager. Refused to give her name. If this was a mystery shop you guys would fail and the customer service? From a manager? Where is the professionalism and customer service here? She's supposed to deescalate the situation but she failed to. Instead she was yelling at me and insulating me. I have every right to be upset. What happened was I was picking up an order and I was standing there waiting and this manager she refused to give her name just ignored me and walked away and also a Filipina Lady also. I was standing there for a good 10 min and none of them said hello or asked what I was saying for but walked away and the order was ready waiting. No one said anything. That manager she was rude didn't even apologize and gave attitude and she was insulting me. Is this how I should be treated at a McDonald's restaurant by a manager of McDonald's? This is discrimination and I will be getting legal advice here from a lawyer on how to proceed and I won't ever go back to this location ever again. I am an upset customer here. I know there are cameras so you know what had occurred. I did nothing but was standing there waiting for an order and no one said anything and the order was ready standing there getting cold. Not even an apology by the manager but she was rude and unprofessional. my visit today and my experience because this isn't right at all how I was treated and how this manager was acting.nnI don't want this to happen again or to any other customer because this isn't right. I won't be retuning at this location anymore although it's sad I am a regular customer and been going here for years and grew up in the area. You guys lost a customer.nnThank you.

The Service was very fast with a great smile, but, I was expecting alot more from the new Big Arch Burger. It was OK and I mean just OK, seasoning was bland from the beef patties most of the flavor came from the sauce and the cheese. I don't think that will be on the menu again. Hopefully this was just a one of, most times with McDonald's you can't miss. For, me they did.nMaybe with a little more time the process can be improved so that it tastes just as good as it looks!!

High traffic/volume location. Food is prepared in a reasonable amount of time, staff is pleasant and effective. Napkins/condiments etc are usually stocked.nIt can serve as a bit of a social hub, so it can be loud if you eat in. Tables are cleaned off pretty quickly.nI haven't tried the washroom in a few years, but there often seems to be a lineup, and a smell near the door. I come to this location about once or twice a month, and always plan to avoid the washroom. Given that it's a publicish washroom used by customers, delivery people, etc, I don't fault this location if the washroom isn't great - just wanted to make a note here that anyone who might need to change a diaper/pop a squat might wish to go elsewhere.nnOverall, a location I will continue going to with the above expectations.

Most of the times going to some work on site, from office, we do buy coffee with some edibles from here, in mornings. But today I asked for 2 sugar , but i got it maybe more then 4 sugar. Please keep track of the required amount, not a big deal otherwise. It's all good.

Horrific customer service.nnThey ignored customers wanting to order at the counter. Lied about whether you could buy toys.nnI had to help a customer get their attention because they were ignoring him for 5 mins.nnDisgusting - the staff need to be trained or fired.
