We ordered poutine and spicy buffalo crisp poutine. It was really tasty. The guy who served us was very friendly, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only downside was that the bathrooms weren't quite clean. This is a priority when you need to get to a bathroom.

Absolutely horrific in all ways to say the least. I ordered 2 Large Big Mac combos, 2 Filet-o-fish and a McFlurry. Where do I begin? Hair on my beverage cup which is not hygienic, bread on all 4 sandwiches rock hard to the point that I can make sound from tapping it - don't know if it was stale or frozen, I didn't bother eating, it they were unedidible see my video. Additionally the large fries were not filled properly and cold. To top the cake, I was made to wait 10 minutes in the rain after ordering in the early morning while there was no one else waiting and staff appeared more preoccupied with covering the service window to cover who knows what rather than ensuring quality control. I'm the very least I was expecting some kind of quality for the wait but I was wrong. Absolutely unacceptable. When I called the manager wouldn't give me give me her name and advised me to call McDonalds Canada as it is not their issue as I had to use the app after midnight to order at the takeout window. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable on all counts. I know it's a thankless job and understand that McDonalds is a profit driven international conglomerate however workers should have more pride and accountability even for themselves. I got garbage for my hard earned money, it's insulting. Please consider people that see this as special treat... Disgusting. Thank goodness I'm not in need. Atrocious either way. We all work hard for our money.

This location is consistently providing very subpar quality of service. Too many times have my breakfast orders in particular been incorrect. Please train your AM staff accordingly. Today my iced coffee was not made correctly and my combo was missing a hash brown. And I've experienced many other disappointing experiences in the past. Would rather take the extra time to go to the Yonge and St Clair location because their service and quality is miles better. Do better.

I really wanted to have a good experience at this McDonald’s, and to be fair, the staff and atmosphere were excellent — definitely 4 stars. The place was clean, well-kept, and the employees were friendly and professional. You could tell they took pride in their work, and that made a big difference walking in.nnUnfortunately, the food was a serious problem. I had a burger and fries, and within about 30 minutes, I started feeling really sick. I had to rush to the bathroom, and to their credit, one of the staff actually came to check on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care was unexpected and very much appreciated — they even offered water and made sure I didn’t need medical help.nnStill, getting sick after a meal is no small issue, and it’s something that really affects the overall experience. I respect the staff for how they handled it, but I hope management takes a close look at food quality and safety. Great service can only go so far if the food isn’t safe to eat.

19 December clock 8.48 am This morning, I had an unfortunate interaction with a supervisor at this restaurant. When I asked a simple question, I was met with a harsh, rude, and disrespectful attitude. I do not believe this kind of behavior is acceptable in customer service.nnI am writing this review not because of the food or the place itself, but due to the staff’s behavior. Especially for someone in a supervisory role, I believe a more professional and calm approach toward customers is essential. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation accordingly.
