McDonald's

Bought 2 breakfast sandwich combos through drive through. Opened the bag and the sandwiches were not wrapped properly. Bacon was outside the sandwich and the hashbrowns were barely inside the bags. I get that maybe they try to make it fast to make the orders from drive through, but come on, wrap the sandwiches properly so they don't look like you guys just literally threw the sandwiches in the bags. Didn't have to take a picture of everything but I was all a mess in the bag. The pictures show how they look soon as I picked them up from the bag. They were halfway open!!!!

Are you kidding me? I walked in, ordered. The kiosk was broken. Whatever, crap happens. I walk up front, pay. Wait 20+ minutes. Walk to my car, and this is what I get. No straw with the drink either. Unbelievable. Just insane. This place is gonna kill someone. They messed up the orders in front of me too.

Idk how you screw up a simple order as 2 mcfluries, but wow I ordered skore and got oreo, and on top of that, they didn't even mix it. The audacity to charge someone $10 and not even do it right. This mcdonalds used to be good, but naw, I'll take my money elsewhere.

It was the most disappointing and disgusting order . I ordered here on 29 May around 3 am and the food was so so so bad. The fries were cold and saggy. The drink instead of cold was lukewarm and burger was a mess. The kitchen staff who made this order should know that someone is eating it . They just made the order in hurry to just complete and send . Very very very disappointed. Please train the staff to work properly.

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. The wait for my food wasn’t too long, but when I asked for an estimate on the wait time, one of the employees ignored me multiple times, which was really disappointing. The only person who actually helped was a young man named Ray—he was polite and made an effort to assist me. I appreciate his good customer service, but overall, the experience could have been better.
