I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with McDonald’s. How on earth do you manage to mess up a basic burger order? I ordered a burger WITH cheese, and what do I get? Just the cheese. That’s right—no burger, no bun, just a sad, lonely slice of cheese sitting in the wrapper. This is an insult to common sense and basic customer service.nnIt’s almost impressive how you could fail so spectacularly at fulfilling one of the most straightforward items on your menu. Do you not have quality control? Does anyone even check the orders before sending them out? This level of incompetence is astonishing.nnTo say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If I wanted just cheese, I’d have gone to a grocery store, not a fast-food joint. Get your act together, McDonald’s. This kind of service is unacceptable.nnUpdate:nnI called the McDonald’s location and they explained that they attempted to call me because they received a bizarre order which apparently requested no burger and no bun. And when they couldn’t get through they called Uber. I did have three missed calls all marked “likely fraud”. While on phone with the McDonald’s ambassador I said I understood there could’ve been technical difficulties despite there being no such options as mentioned and acknowledged the missed calls. I additionally inquired about a missing straw and she reaffirmed she indeed put in the bag and then promptly hung up on me despite being incorrect. I honestly don’t get it; just deliver what has been ordered and paid for, the extreme sass I endured is stupid just to defer blame and then cease communication the second you’re at fault. Kind of ridiculous…

I visited here on Thursday evening. There were many people who seemed to have come to have a quick dinner. There were quite a few families too. Ordering the machine didn't take long. But it took quite some time to actually receive it. The staff here looked busy, but it took a long time to package the food, perhaps because there weren't enough people working. It was disappointing that the inside was crowded with people waiting. During times when there are a lot of customers, the processing speed of employees may be faster or additional employees may be needed. There is a parking space

Hi there,nI was so impressed with the exceptional service that I received from 'Avryl' this morning that I was motivated to write a review. Avryl was on cash and it was so clear that her efforts extended far beyond this as she went out of her way to help people and make them feel attended to. I was impressed with the subtle way that she showed consideration and care. She should be commended for her leadership. It’s McDonald’s. Love the summer days dollar drinks! Thank you. And the pickles… I love the pickles. My favorite memory of working at McDonald’s different location like forever ago was the buckets of sliced pickles. A whole bucket of sliced yummy pickles. Who knew they came that way!!!
