They mess up my order every single time, I no longer know what to do anymore. Today I went it for my iced coffee. Light cream light sugar, pretty basic right ? When I got my coffee it was white like milk… I told them light cream I already knew it was wrong. They told me to toss it and they would make another one…does that look like light cream to you? I feel like I’m drinking milk straight from the cow. Honestly do better

Got some pancakes in the morning 7am and i'm pretty sure they gave me yesterday's batch because when i started eating 20 minutes later, it was cold butter unmelted and stiff, the top was dry and hard, and the bottom was soggy. Pretty sure pancakes aren't supposed to stay straight like that

After coming home from picking up our Mcdonalds, my boyfriend was excited to try the new Fire Cracker McCrispy. As per Mcdonalds website “The Firecracker McCrispy is a crispy chicken sandwich topped with a creamy sweet and spicy sauce and crispy jalapenos”. He opened the box and this was not the sandwich that was advertised. We can understand not everything is as pictured but this is insane. Where is the sauce? Everything is out of the sandwich and there is small chunks of jalapeño.nnThe workers there were incompetent. Their manager was pushing to work quicker and more efficiently, rightfully so because a child can work their job and be more successful.nnThe 2 managers were great, one took my order and one handed me it. Workers…not so much

I had ordered a McFlurry with smarties and after an hour I recieivied what I thought was an ice cream vanilla milkshake. To my surprise they had given me a Chai milkshake. I am allergic to Chai, and a series of other teas and had no idea this is what was given to me. I called the restaurant the manager on the phone said ya we gave you that cause our ice cream machine is down. I asked why they didn’t call I am allergic to Chai, she didn’t respond I asked for her name she didn’t respond. Hives have already formed on my neck and chest and I am off to the emergency room. This is insanely irresponsible and can be life threatening. The lack of care is disgusting and accountability is worst. This manager should be fired.communication would’ve prevented all of this.im insanely upset

Very small location and seating is very limited. During rush hour impossible to find a seat. They only have two self serve machines, and one wasn't working. The drink dispenser poured water instead of cola. The other thing is one of the washrooms was out of service and the other had a lineup to use. Not one of their best locations
