Wendy's

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Wendy’s. We arrived at 10:28 AM, intending to have breakfast. We placed our order through self-service and paid. After waiting for a long time, we were informed that breakfast was no longer being served, and we could only choose from the lunch menu.nnWhile we were thinking what to take instead, they said they could make one breakfast item and one from lunch menu. I regret choosing the breakfast option—it looked terrible. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty, and the atmosphere was anything but welcoming for dining. I would not recommend this location at all.

Food is great. The butter packets are empty when you open them. Wendy's is buying packeys of air and giving them to customers.

The staff member who gave me our order had a face of like she didn't want to be there. I asked for some extra napkins and she rolled her eyes. I mean their was none in any of the depensers. Also the dine in area was neglected. Water on the ground no mop up just dropped the sign on the floor.

We bought a couple of combos, we chose Coca-Cola for our drinks and when we picked up the order they said they didn't have Coca-Cola, they didn't offer a solution or refund for the payment of the drinks, they simply said there isn't any and they also had a bad attitude.
