Vellner Leisure Products Ltd

We brought our coach to Vellner for what turned out to be warranty work on our electric steps. We chose Vellner because larger RV locations couldn't fit us in and Vellner was listed in the RV Care Network. They diagnosed the problem quickly but had to order parts. We full time in our coach. We didn't want to stay in Red Deer for the two week period expected for the parts. The tech was obliging and disabled the step motor town secured the steps, in the closed position, so we could be on our way. A week and half later the parts arrived. We were able to book a convenient service time and returned to Red Deer. I was told that they hadn't done this kind of work before. Nevertheless the repair was made very quickly and professionally. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had with any RV location that we have been to. Based on my one and only experience with Vellner I would not hesitate to recommend their service. Thanks to Stacey and the service techs!

Friendly no pressure sales staff. Took us to what we wanted to see right away and offered other options as well. Very reasonable pricing. If we buy a holiday trailer will definitely put them at top.of list.

Great service! We needed an awning arm repaired and they went over and above to research the model and get it fixed in time for our trip. Peter and colleagues at part department were super friendly and helped us research other parts.

Thanks for setting me up with a trailer for camping! That handsome Russ guy in service rocks! Not only did he lend out his own trailer hitch - he installed it and hooked up the trailer for us - in the pouring rain!! He deserves a raise!

We have an older fifth wheel RV purchased from Vellner Leisure. We have discovered that any parts that we require are supplied by very knowledgable and friendly staff. Not pushy but very helpful.
