Go Dodge Red Deer

Have had nothing but poor experiences at this business since buying my new vehicle. It was the only dealer that had the truck that I was looking for so I committed to purchasing. It took them weeks to actually being able to drive it home. They told me about all the deals they would be getting me and I had to go in and sign three times in order to complete the deal after the "renegotiated" with the bank. I just about pulled out of the deal because it was so frustrating.Some parts were in on the deal so I could have the truck I wanted and this took weeks to sort out and actually get them on the truck. I have purchased other parts now and have issues getting them properly done as well. I have had one good experience with getting an oil change and the rest were very poor. Hopefully they can change my mind at some point.

Inquired about a used truck, and got a text back from a salesman saying that the truck inquired about did not have all the features that I needed. I was happy with this. Then it all went downhill. The salesman said he would look for what I needed and let me know. Next day a different salesman called and wanted to meet. He was going to text me his contact information, which he never did. I eventually went in and met with the salesman. He was going to show me a truck that would meet my needs, but didn't tell me anything about it, I even asked the ballpark price which he would not tell me. He went out to the lot to look for the truck and could not find it. We went to the off lot to look for the truck, and drove around there twice looking for It, and it was not there. We made our way back to the dealership and I was asked to sit for a while longer. The truck was eventually found and it was more than double the price of what I wanted. Then he showed me another new truck and pressured me into committing to purchase it, which was not what I wanted and was a significantly higher price than the advertised price of a dealership just down the street. I spent almost 2 hours there to look at 2 trucks. My total time looking at these two trucks was maybe 10-15 minutes there. Still waiting on a salesman (three days after my original inquiry) to give me options for what I am looking for. It was extremely disorganized, the salesmen there were not there to show me what I was looking for. This is my first and last time dealing with this dealership.

Way over priced for parts and Labor. Not only that but they also tried making me by axle seals. When I inspected it myself and had no leaks, other then where my plug was for the oil pan because apparently they cant even tighten a plug properly after a oil change. Very disappointed. On a positive note though the service was friendly.

We walked in Saturday morning to get a wheel bearing replaced with no appointment and they had it done in a few hours. Very quick and helpful staff here.

The folks at Red Deer Go Dodge have gone out of their way to make our purchase as great as possible. They took care of all my concerns without any issues and where more than accommodating. I will deffinately be back for my next purchase to give them first crack. Jerret and Kyle worked through all my concerns and got them taken care of as quickly and professionally as one could hope for. Thanks guys. We love the truck.
