Absolutely disgusted with this place. I bought my camper from them 2 years ago, added every upgrade for warranty and protection and extended warranty possible as their financial officer sugar coated it all to be this amazing thing to make sure I had and I would have no issues what so ever.
Well I have had several issues with mice, which when I was told I by their sales manager that if I got this spray foam all over that I wouldn't have any worries, could park my camper at my acreage and never have an issue. Two years in a row I have had major major infestations. I tried to speak to the general manager, in which he said he would look into things and then call me back... that was in May 2017 and it is now October 2017 and I still haven't heard anything at all.
Then, I know some people like to camp after September, in Alberta sometimes we still have nice weather. I went for Thanksgiving long weekend to get my propane tanks refilled, and was told that they are done the program for Free Propane and Wood in September. Now this is news to me for one, and my question is, why would you say FREE for LIFE if this is false?
I won't refer anyone to this place ever. I have had nothing but headaches and issues with them. Really poor customer service and problem resolutions. I am really easy to deal with if you offer me some solutions and I am really easy to come to a ground where we can make something work for both side, but there has been nothing but run arounds from the whole place. I have warranty work that needs to be done, and I am afraid to bring my unit in for the warranty work because I don't know what kind of issues I am going to encounter again.

Recently bought a 2015 Denali after first summer was having issues with fan. Called service and explained that fan continues to run even when thermostat was in off position. Paid for extended warranty and roadside assistance was told it was also still under first year warranty. after they had it for two weeks was told that just a thermostat setting. told not covered in owners manual or walk through when purchased. But you owe us 92 dollars because we spent 1.5 hrs figuring this out? If they knew this a simple answer over the phone would be nice or at the very least a competent service rep could have explained this to me in 5 minutes.

This is not the first bad experience I've had here, but a couple weeks ago, I went in there to purchase oil for my marine engine. Found out the parts dept is closed on Saturdays. What the heck is that? So standing at the reception counter, I could see the oil sitting on the shelf, through the gate (that was half open). I suggested that someone could just walk over there, and bring it to the sales side, pay cash and out the door. The response was...."Absolutely not allowed, we can't do that sir. But you are welcome to walk around the showroom to look at new trailers." The whole time the women sort of laughed about it. Sorry but I didn't think it was too funny. I pleaded my case a couple times, simply go get me a jug of oil and I'll be on my way. Of course a few of the sales guys were sitting back, feet up in the air drinking their Tim Hortons, not offering to help at all. Not a good way to drum up business. I sure won't go back again.

Brian was an excellent salesman. Very thorough and overall great guy to deal with. Did have a hiccup while in finance process. But they pulled through and went above and beyond at a better price than expected. Overall fifteen thumbs up. Would recommend anyone to buy here
