Worst experience ever. Drove 8 hours had to wait around for ever. Dealership won't help ship one of the two vehicles I bought(even after I offered to pay half the cost). No one returns calls or follows up. Had major issues with 40K truck instantly, got the we are here to help speech and no one followed up or called. Just waiting for the car to fall apart because I don't think they inspect there vehicles with enough care or worry about money more. Still waiting for a door code. Please stay away from this dealership

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. We would definitely recommend Jose to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. He listened to all of our wants and needs and got us into the perfect vehicle that our family can rely on.

Insulted by the low ball offer on my trade in. First said that my credit was good enough for the truck we went in for, sighed all the paper work to do credit app and came back that we were just short of requirement. We went to a different dealer and go a better offer and were financed for a truck worth a lot more and brand new. My bro in law was buying a truck a few days later and got the same scammer attitude. So Go Auto lies and cheats people don't deal with this organization.

I found very harsh shifting with my vehicle at least a year ago. This is the Ford that fixed my fusion's transmission while the technician of another Ford Dealer claimed what happened to the transmision is normal which really pissed me off. So, this Ford really did a good job compared with the last one I dealt with. It was a big problems for my vehicles that bothered me a lot. Although it took a bit too long to fixed it, I got a loaner vehicle. And most importantly, the problem fixed. I am really happy about the result.

I found the staff at MGM FORD to be extremely helpful willing to go the extra mile to help the customers. I found ADAM LAGRANGE a great salesmen and goes above and beyond to help .
