I offered to purchase a vehicle they had in stock.  I was strung along by one of their sales associates, Brandon, for about a week - him promising to "send me some numbers", only to be finally told (upon me calling him) that they had just sold the vehicle to someone else.  Steer clear of Brandon if you have an interest in a vehicle from Acura of Red Deer - he wasn't responsive and wasted my time.

Speaking from a customers perspective and someone who has many years of dealership experience myself I have to say I love this place. First of all they delivered the vehicle to me at time of purchase because I live 6 hours away from Red Deer. Now in for my first service, the advisor was very professional, knowledgable and pleasant. The dealership was quiet and clean. I love the idea of a small shop that doesn't feel chaotic. I really appreciate the service staff here. I 100% recommend this dealership and assuming we purchase more Acura's in the future we will 100% buy from this location.

Great service before and after I bought the vehicle.  Red Deer Acura has been a fantastic and fair to deal with.  They have helped me with my last three vehicle purchases and they always have great incentives for returning customers.  I highly recommend.  Also, I just think Acura vehicles are wonderful.  Very solid, no issues, sporty and safe.  Very comfortable.  I just got the new MDX...what an awesome ride!

We've experienced a very pleasant journey about buying a top of the line unit from Acura. The team from Red Deer Acura is a down to earth people with all the best attitude what we have been seen so far in our life. Nothing else we could say but congratulations and two thumbs up!
