Bought a CRV from this dealer. Gave us an amazing deal, and warranty. Would recommend to anyone who asks. No one in Edmonton even came close. We had to go to Red Deer Honda for a real deal.

My husband and I had a great experience at Red Deer Honda. We came in on a ridiculously cold day -41, and received fantastic service. Would definitely recommend them! Eddie was super helpful and very knowledgeable, and Miranda was very quick with our paperwork. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Bought recently a 2023 Honda Civic Touring in Honda Red Deer. I had been shopping around town and this is the only place that has the best interest rate. The staff were easy and comfortable to deal with, no pressure and pushing at all, that gave me time to think and decide thoroughly. I love the atmosphere at their shop well plus the refreshments. Would highly recommend them 100%. Thanks to Veronica, Dan and Susan and the whole crew. I really appreciate the smooth transaction.
We have been taking our vehicle here ever since we bought a Honda. The cost of their shop and servicing is way too high. They charged us $80 just to check a code. It takes all but 5 minutes. Honestly, for the amount you charge for shop work and parts, could you not check a code for a long time customer on a system you recently worked on, without robbing them blind? I have no motivation to return for servicing here... Honestly I think they are crooks in the service department. A fee and a charge for every little thing. Doing work that is not necessary. Recommending work without inspection of actual parts and systems. I have never had a shop try and suck sooo much money from me. Well... I am turning off the tap, starting today and will be taking my vehicle to a new mechanic.
We’ve had the best experience with Honda in Red Deer! Hans in sales has been beyond amazing and has always went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns! He’s also ensured my concerns have been dealt with properly and always respectful! Couldn’t express the gratitude we have! Thank you Honda, but most of all - thank you Hans!
I would typically never leave a review for a car dealership, however, I felt that after the amazing service we experienced at this location, it is the least we could do. We bought a 2nd hand vehicle here in April and not a week after driving it off the lot began to experience some issues. We soon discovered that it was no small fix that would cost us thousands. The Manager was very respectful, easy to talk to, he said he would make it right and then proceeded to go absolutely above and beyond to accommodate us. From start to finish, the service department Amanda communicated with us every week to keep us in step with where things were at and allow us to ask any questions. We can not express enough how much we appreciated the incredible customer service without having to fight for it! A huge thank you to James, Amanda and service staff for all your hard work. I am not sure I could go anywhere else now for a vehicle purchase... we will recommend to friends and family for sure!!
Just want to let everyone know that if you are looking for the best guy to deal with in Honda Red Deer, it will be Mr. Jake Dela Cruz, a young guy but with great experience and very helpful. He will help you with anything you need when it comes to finding the best vehicle that will fit your needs. A very nice person too!
Just bought a brand new car from here and the entire process was very painless and smooth from the time I first walked in to drive away with my new car. . All the staff were very friendly & always ensured all my questions/concerns were addressed Even helped when I was confused on the price and the manager sat down with me and went over all the details. They didn’t try to upswell or push anything on me like most dealerships do.
