Was a really good experience.I had it in for an Oil change and tire rotation I told them to replace front brakes if necessary as I knew they were getting to the time to be done. Mark had quoted me the day before. The service advisor still called me through the inspection, informing me the brakes did need to be done to get my approval. Everything was done quick and efficient and price quoted was right on. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to Cam Clark Quick Lane or the main shop for repairs.

Quite frustrated with appointment schedule and communication around service time. I had a 9:00 appointment for oil change. Arrived 8:50. Explained that I had to be downtown by 10:30 and asked if I should take the complimentary shuttle, or would the work be finished by 10. Adviser was not sure what time the vehicle would be taken in as there were several ahead. (What is the purpose of appointments if first-come first-serve applies?) Adviser said should be no problem to be done by 10 but would let me know if any delays and arrange for shuttle if needed. I waited in the lounge area. At 10 I checked with the adviser. Should be only another 15 minutes or so! I expressed my concern and asked for a shuttle ride. Adviser not sure where the driver is but would try to find him and arrange for ride. Aaargh!! I did get a shuttle ride and arrived just in time for my downtown meeting, but.... If work is going to take half-hour, 2 hours, or whatever, just tell me upfront and I can plan around it, rather than wait and find out about delays later.

Great Experience, Evan went the extra mile for me and made my purchasing experience great. Rest of the sales team and service team was also very helpful and engaged.

Madison, Kallie, The Service Manager and The Shop Foreman. All four of these individuals provided great service! They made sure I was happy and that my truck was well looked after. They really helped me out and took care of me. Thank you all so much! I will not hesitate to recommend someone to their service department. Adam (sales manager) is also very honest and upfront. You have some great people working here.

Had a bad experience at another shop. So I asked around and a friend recommended Cam Clark. When I asked why, he replied "because I'm hard guy to please". So I gave them a try. They did not disappoint. The service staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They updated me on the progress of the repair in a timely fashion. The courtesy shuttle was a little bit behind taking me back to work, but was right on time picking me up to get my vehicle. They also offered a loner car to use, as my vehicle would be down for two days. This place does cost a little more than the jobber shops, but well worth it in the long run (you get what you pay for).
