Woody's RV World - Red Deer

I purchased a new bumper pull trailer there recently. The staff and management treated me with respect before AND after my purchase. I had a few items to tweak after purchase and the service staff were excellent. I would buy here again.

After flying out from the East Coast in May to see an RV in Sylvan Lake that turned out to be trashed, we ended up purchasing from Woody's in Red Deer and were greeted with warm, friendly and professional service. We were so impressed with them we're driving back to have Solar installed at the end of Sept. Our salesman was Blair Seens and he still responds when I message him with an issue even 4 months later. Exceptional service and we highly recommend this dealership.

We just purchased our 2018 Flagstaff trailer at Woodys and had top notch service from our favourite sales person - Mike Bussi! We have owned several RV’s throughout the years but this was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. Mike gave us as much time as we needed at delivery and made sure that all questions were answered. We feel certain that Mike will be there for us in the future as well should we have any problems or questions that need to be dealt with. Tammy in Woody’s finance department also did a great job answering questions and explaining anything we didn’t understand. We were very happy that we chose Woody’s - and particularly Mike Bussi - and would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a stress free honest experience when buying a new or used RV. I went with one question and was met by Chris, who is parts and accessories manager. Chris didn't care that I was spending just a small amount on a part that I needed. He went above and beyond to spend time with me, looking at my unit and answering questions about solar power and what would possibly work best with my minivan conversion build that I had done elsewhere last year. My one question became many and each one was answered without being rushed. This will be my go to place for upgrades, advice and any parts needed! Thank you Chris for your assistance and wonderful customer service! I will never hesitate to refer you to others and come back for all my parts and accessories. You are the best! To follow up, I picked up the part today that was ordered for me. I was greeted and treated like family by Chris and other staff at Woody's. I am so pleased with the quality of my remote and the great price! Thanks again Chris!

On Saturday of the August long weekend we went to Woody's in Red Deer looking for a landing gear leg for our fifth wheel that we needed urgently as ours had broken. Although they were busy after we explained our situation to Chris in the parts department, he offered to go and open the service department shop to see if they had the part we needed. We were lucky that there was one because it saved us from not being able to level our trailer and being able to pack it up and put it away at the end of the weekend. I would totally recommend the parts department at Woody's and especially Chris Paylor for his exceptional service.
