Story

Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson® (G.A.H.D.) was first established in 1990 as G & H Harley-Davidson®. In 1999, owner Grant Price expanded the dealership and moved to a larger building located on Gasoline Alley, hence the name change. In 2005 the dealership outgrew that location. The newest location of Gasoline Alley Harley- Davidson® officially opened July 2006 and boasts an impressive 15,000 sq ft floor space and another 6,500 sq ft of upper mezzanine area. Our district manager at Deeley Harley-Davidson® Canada indicates that we are the fastest growing dealership in the world. The dealership has expanded once again. Construction has been completed on a 20,000 sq ft addition to accommodate a larger showroom, parts & accessories department, motorclothes department, and our service department. With business growth and changes to the five operating departments; Motorcycle Sales, Finance & Insurance, Parts & Accessories, Service, Clothing & Collectibles continue to work hard at enhancing the rider experience. To ensure that our customers receive the best business practices, staff enrolls with Harley-Davidson® University on a regular basis. This keeps employees up to date with the ever changing world of Harley-Davidson® its products and procedures.

Best Harley Dealership around, we've bought three bikes here. One of my bikes was stolen, we ended up recovering it, but the check engine light was on and I was nervous to ride it down to Red Deer to take a look at it. They sent someone the next day to pick it up! And when I decided to trade it in, they had a new one waiting for me when I was ready, gave me a good deal, easy to deal with, more than accommodating in every way. When hubby wanted to get a new bike, they spent the whole day on the phone with him going through the bike, he wanted it dyno'd and a few things done, and without a problem, it was done. Every time I'm impressed. Thank you so much, guys!

Love the fact that when you walk in your welcomed by many people. And love the fact that workers will have a human convo with you. Great selection of bikes to look at and rent! Never done business here but maybe one day i will.

I purchased my road king here back in 2014. Ken the finance man was exceptional. Knowledgeable and he new his product line. Competitive interest rates and a very flexible plan to say the least! The sales people are riders and you can tell just talking to them. They offered great opinions and were not pushy. Service is very organized and straight forward. They even have heated winter storage. Couldn't be happier with this shop. Keep up the great work.

A few weeks back my bike's ECM crapped out. The guys came to the house and picked it up and the next day I got a text letting me know the issue. It had also said it would take approximately a week to get the part and the bike back to me. Unfortunately for me my father was coming that weekend to go riding with me. I went it to inquire if they would give me a loner so I could still take the trip with my father. Without hesitation the service manager said absolutely. She is fantastic and saved the weekend. I have bought two bike's from them and they have always treated me fair which is all that I have ever expected. They even had my bike ready 3 days ahead of my expectation. Thanks to everyone at HD Gasoline Alley. Cheers to you.

In person really friendly helpful service staff and owner great experience. However calling in needs a little tweaking, couldn't get through to service twice left message on third attempt no reply. Called a fourth time and couldn't get through didn't want to leave another message. feel like I got to drive there just so talk to the right people. would of given 5 stars except for phone service
